Yes, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Please note: return shipping to our country is at the buyer’s expense.

Yes, absolutely. We can create both very small and very large robes. In this case, please select the Universal Size section when ordering. We will draft a custom pattern based on your personal measurements and tailor a robe especially for you. A Special Size will cost more — for the obvious reason that it requires more fabric and time.
